The following dog breeds (or mixes thereof) are expressly prohibited at this community: Dobermans; Rottweilers; Mastiffs/Bull Mastiffs; Great Danes; Chows; German Shephards; Akitas; Malamutes; Pit Bull Terriers; American Staffordshire Terriers; Yankee Terriers; and Wolf Hybrids.

We do have a few rules however: They must first submit an application and undergo credit and criminal background screenings before they can be added to your lease.
Per the lease agreement, no one else may occupy the apartment for more than seven (7) consecutive days without prior written consent & no more than (2) occasions in any three month period.

What equipment is available in the fitness center? Our fitness center contains 2 state of the art treadmills, exercise bike, elipitcal machine, and weight lifting station.
When was the fitness center last upgraded/updated? In 2008 we added 2 new treadmills.
What hours can I access the fitness center? The fitness center is open seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Our apartments feature cathedrial ceilings with 9 different floor plans to choose from, as well as, kitchen pantries and full size washers and dryers in select units.

We are located off Torrey Road, North of US 23 in Fenton Michigan. Traveling North down US3 take the Torrey Road Exit, Turn Left off the Exit and Georgetown Park is 0.2 miles on the right hand side.

Application & Holding Fees
The following fees are due in full at the time of application and are required in order to reserve an apartment. We will only accept payment by check for all application and holding fees.
Application Fee: $35 per applicant
Security Deposit: $300 (with approved credit)
Holding Fee: $100
Other One Time Fees
Other Fees needed to lease an apartment may include, but are not limited to: Administrative Fees, Amenity Fees, and Refundable and Non-refundable Pet Fees (see Pet information for more details).

Monthly Recurring Charges
We will accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or electronic ACH payments via the self-service Resident Portal.
Rent: Variable, rent per lease agreement.
Water, Electric, Sewer, Trash, Gas,Cable & Phone: Variable, monthly charges vary based on individual usage. The average monthly utility cost is $165.
> Am I required to have renters insurance?
Am I required to have renters insurance?
Yes. Renters insurance is required for every new apartment lease. Minimum coverage amount required is $25,000 in personal liability coverage. You may use our preferred renters insurance company (visit our Resident Link page for more information), or you may secure coverage with any company you choose. Proof of insurance must be provided upon move-in, listing all residents 18 and over on the policy. Apartment home address and coverage dates must match address and dates on your lease.

You must submit either a copy of your last two paycheck stubs or a copy of your most recent W-2 form.

Each person must complete an application and will jointly qualify for the apartment. Individual credit scores may influence the required security deposit, or whether application is approved or denied.
If a roommate fails to pass the criminal background check, however, they will not be permitted to live in the apartment.

Yes, we have the ability to offer a flexible range of lease terms to our residents, from 3-12 months. Whatever your needs, we can work with you to find the perfect lease term.

Early termination requires 30 day written notice and you must pay an early termination fee equal to two months’ rent (without the special) and must occupy four months of your current lease.
